  • An international developer : Assistance in relation to the development of three wind power generation projects with a planned capacity of 81 MW, 45 MW, and 36 MW respectively, located in the province of Tetouan, in Morocco.
  • A US Greentech company : Assistance in relation to the regulatory aspects relating to the development of a green hydrogen and green ammonia production project in the Southern Provinces, Morocco.
  • A global energy company : Assistance in relation to the development of a large-scale green hydrogen project in Dakhla, Morocco (ongoing).
  • A Danish Greentech company : Assistance in relation to the development of (i) a green hydrogen project for the production and exportation of ammonia to the European market in Dakhla, Morocco and (ii) a green hydrogen project with the potential production of 190TWh in Mauritania.
  • Chariot Power Limited and TEH2 SA : Assistance in relation to the development of an integrated green hydrogen project to produce green ammonia in Mauritania (integrated project including power facility, desalination plant, electrolysers, hydrogen, and ammonia plants).
  • ACWA POWER : Assistance in relation to the implementation of a 5.6 MW solar self-consumption project for the needs of an existing thermal solar power plant of 160 MW, in Morocco.
  • Proton Ventures B.V. : Assistance in relation to the design, supply, assembly, construction, and industrial commissioning of the ammonia storage and distribution headers, in Jorf Lasfar, in Morocco.
  • Proton Ventures B.V. : Assistance in relation to the turnkey realization of the first Green Ammonia Pilot Plant (GAPP) to produce green ammonia with a minimum capacity of 4 tons/day of ammonia production and running on variable electricity, located in Jorf Lasfar, in Morocco.
  • The Republic of Gabon : Assistance in relation to the development of a highway PPP project in Gabon.
  • An international developer : Assistance in relation to the development of a PPP airport project in Benin.
  • Nareva : Assistance in relation to the development, financing, construction, and operation of 850 MW wind project (5 onshore wind farms) launched by the Office National d’Eau et d’Électricité, in Morocco.
  • SNCE : Assistance in relation to the concession contract for the co-financing, design, construction, and operation of an irrigation system covering 5000 Hectares, powered with green energy, in the Dakhla region, in Morocco.
  • Xlinks : Assistance in relation to the development of a 10.5 GW solar power plant to generate electricity to be exported to the UK via HVDC submarine cable, located in Guelmim, in Morocco.
  • QAIR MAROC : Assistance in relation to the legal and tax structuring of photovoltaic electricity production projects, developed within the framework of the law 13-09.
  • The Republic of Côte d’Ivoire : Assistance in relation to the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Port Sec d’Abidjan.
